Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, что нам было важно - рядом с Ледовым. Все необходимое есть. Чистота, как нигде не встречала в съемных, даже самых лучших квартирах. Спасибо хозяйке.

Disadvantages:

Для улучшения хорошо бы добавить большие полотенца).
